NAMI Family-to-Family Classes
NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence based, FREE 12 session education program for family members, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness.
The classes are designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well being.
Includes information on illnesses such a schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression and other health conditions.
Thousands of families describe the program as life changing.
Taught by trained volunteers who are also family members and know what it is like to have a loved one living with mental illness.
COST: Free
WHEN: 1st class is TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th from 6-8:30pm – continuing weekly on Tuesdays for 12 sessions

SafeTALK Training
SafeTALK is a suicide alertness training for anyone 15 and older. The training teaches people how to help someone struggling with suicidal thoughts or actions. SafeTALK is used in over 20 countries and stands for “TELL-ASK-LISTEN-KEEP SAFE”.
COST: Free
